Home Laze – Hotel Policy

  1. Pricing
    Home Laze’s services or packages will be priced individually by each hotel according to their own pricing strategy. But ideally not exceeding 25% of the retail price. Our prices should stay reasonable to ensure a continuous flow of clients.

  1. Marketing Materials
    To further enhance your marketing assets, we provide a range of printed and digital assets with your hotel’s branding, including posters and display stands for use as marketing materials within the hotel. We believe that these materials help to create a cohesive and immersive experience for your guests, providing them with a clear and memorable representation of your brand.What’s more, we take care of all expenses associated with these marketing materials, so you can rest assured that there will be no additional costs or hidden fees associated with our services. Our aim is to provide you with a hassle-free, turnkey solution that enables you to offer your guests the very best in massage and wellness services. Trust us to help you deliver a truly unforgettable experience to your guests.Home Laze will provide the following:

     

    • Customized designs with Home Laze’s services with custom hotel prices.
    • Home Laze will provide printed and digital assets with the hotel’s branding.
    • Home Laze will provide posters and display stands as marketing materials inside the hotel.
    • Home Laze will shoulder all expenses for these marketing materials to promote Home Laze’s services inside the hotel.
  2. Scope of Service
    As part of this service, Home Laze will provide all necessary tools and equipment, including towels, for use during the massage sessions.Additionally, we will take measures to ensure that all tools are properly sanitized and maintained to promote a clean and hygienic environment. With these services, clients can expect to receive high-quality massage in a safe and welcoming setting.
  3. Payment Collections
    The payment collection process will depend on your hotel’s policy:

    Option 1: Home Laze will collect cash payments directly from your guests.
    Option 2: Guests’ payments will be charged to their room and handled by the Hotel Liaison. Alternatively, if paid in cash, the therapist will hand the payment over to the Hotel Liaison.

    In all options, the hotel or Home Laze will remit payments in bulk every Tuesday, based on a Monday to Sunday cutoff.

    For ease of tracking, Home Laze will provide a logbook at the front desk. Both the Hotel Liaison and our therapists will log all services provided, with each entry signed by the therapist.

    This flexible system ensures a smooth and efficient process tailored to your hotel’s operations.

  4. Refund & Cancellation
    Home Laze offers a flexible cancellation policy for peace of mind. Guests can cancel their booking at no cost if done at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 30 minutes of the scheduled time are non-refundable, ensuring we can manage resources and schedules effectively while accommodating guest needs.
  5. Security
    Home Laze takes the safety and well-being of our staff and therapists very seriously. We believe that everyone has the right to work in an environment free from harassment and discrimination, and we have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to any incidents of harassment or sexual harassment.

    In the unlikely event that any such incidents occur against Home Laze’s staff or therapists inside the hotel, we work closely with the hotel’s security and/or management to ensure that the situation is handled with the utmost care and sensitivity.

    Our priority is to protect our staff and therapists while also ensuring that the situation is resolved in a fair and appropriate manner.We understand that incidents of harassment can be upsetting and stressful, which is why we provide our staff and therapists with training and support to help them navigate these situations with confidence and professionalism.

    We’re committed to creating a safe and respectful working environment for all of our team members, and we believe that by working closely with our hotel clients, we can ensure that this commitment is upheld.

  6. Confidentiality
    Home Laze understands the importance of privacy and confidentiality when it comes to our guests’ personal information. That’s why we take every precaution to ensure that all guest information is kept secure and confidential at all times.

    We believe that hotel guests have the right to privacy and that their personal information should only be used for the purpose for which it was collected. Whether it’s contact details or medical information, we ensure that all guest information is handled with the utmost care and discretion.

    Furthermore, any mutual agreements between Home Laze and our hotel clients are also treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We understand that our clients value their privacy, and we make every effort to ensure that any agreements or arrangements made between us are kept confidential and secure.

Hotel Booking Workflow

  1. Guests contact the front desk for bookings.
  2. Front Desk calls or SMS Home Laze service number at 0966-402-2517 with the following information:
    • Booking Date/Time
    • Room No.
    • Massage Type
    • No. of Therapists
    • Additional Note
  3. Home Laze Massage therapists will check in with the hotel’s front desk and meet the hotel guests in their rooms to provide the booked services.
  4. Once the therapists have completed providing the services, they will inform the front desk and sign the logbook. Payment collection will follow the agreed-upon option.

Acceptance

Please read the Memorandum of Agreement. And to begin the process of onboarding, kindly fill out the form below only if you, as the hotel owner or representative, agree to our process and policy. Once we receive your form, our representative will reach out to you to proceed with the necessary steps. We value your time and aim to make the process as seamless as possible for you.
