Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our refund and cancellation policy is 5 days before your confirmed booking/s. If 5 days have passed before your booking, we can’t offer you any refund.
To be eligible for cancellation, your booking must be unused and has been cancelled 5 days before your confirmed booking date.
Gift cards are exempt from being refunded.

Once we receive the support email, we will send you an email to notify you of the cancellation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Only full refunds are allowed for same-day refunds. If a partial refund is needed, we can only file for a refund a day after the payment was made. You can file the partial refund as soon as 12:00 am hits the next day.
Please note that you will still be charged with our merchant transaction fees for refunded transactions.
Transaction fees are as follows:
- Debit/Credit Card = 3.5% + P15 per transaction
- CC Installment Payments = 4% for 3mon installment, 6% for 6mon installment, and 12% for 12mon installment.
- Gcash includes GCredit = 2.5%
- GrabPay = 2.2%
- Maya = 2.0%
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We allow rescheduling of booking 5 days before the confirmed date. Please get in touch with our support here.
When Gift cards are used in booking, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the refund is approved, a gift credit will be added to your account. Please note that this is still subject to the 5-day cancellation policy.
