Home Laze – Hotel Policy

  1. Pricing
    Home Laze’s services or packages will be priced individually by each hotel according to their own pricing strategy. But ideally not exceeding 20% of the retail price. Below is Home Laze’s price table as of March 6, 2023:

    Home Laze will provide the following:

    • Customized designs with Home Laze’s services with custom hotel prices.
    • Home Laze will provide printed and digital assets with the hotel’s branding.
    • Home Laze will provide posters and display stands as marketing materials inside the hotel.
    • Home Laze will shoulder all expenses for these marketing materials to promote Home Laze’s services inside the hotel.
  3. Scope of Service
    As part of this service, Home Laze will provide all necessary tools and equipment, including towels, for use during the massage and nail care sessions.

    Additionally, we will take measures to ensure that all tools are properly sanitized and maintained to promote a clean and hygienic environment. With these services, clients can expect to receive high-quality massage and nail care treatments in a safe and welcoming setting.

  4. Payment Collections
    As part of this commitment, we handle all payments for our services directly with your guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process.

    Our experienced and professional therapists will work with your guests to understand their specific needs and preferences, tailoring their services to provide the best possible experience. Once the service has been provided, we collect all gratuity and ensure that it is provided directly to the massage therapist.

    In addition, we provide your hotel with a commission for each booking, which is calculated and provided to you on a regular basis. Our aim is to create a mutually beneficial partnership with our hotel clients, ensuring that you benefit from our services while providing a premium experience to your guests.

  5. Refund & Cancellation
    Home Laze understands that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and our guests may need to cancel their booking with us. That’s why we offer a flexible refund and cancellation policy to ensure that our guests have the peace of mind they need when booking our services.

    We offer full cancellation at no cost, as long as the cancellation is made at least one hour prior to the scheduled booking date and time. However, if the cancellation is made after this period, we regret that we are unable to provide a refund.

    We believe that this policy strikes a balance between providing our guests with the flexibility they need while also ensuring that we are able to manage our resources effectively. We want to make sure that our therapists are able to plan their schedules accordingly, and that our other clients aren’t negatively impacted by last-minute cancellations.

  7. Security
    Home Laze takes the safety and well-being of our staff and therapists very seriously. We believe that everyone has the right to work in an environment free from harassment and discrimination, and we have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to any incidents of harassment or sexual harassment.

    In the unlikely event that any such incidents occur against Home Laze’s staff or therapists inside the hotel, we work closely with the hotel’s security and/or management to ensure that the situation is handled with the utmost care and sensitivity. Our priority is to protect our staff and therapists while also ensuring that the situation is resolved in a fair and appropriate manner.

    We understand that incidents of harassment can be upsetting and stressful, which is why we provide our staff and therapists with training and support to help them navigate these situations with confidence and professionalism. We’re committed to creating a safe and respectful working environment for all of our team members, and we believe that by working closely with our hotel clients, we can ensure that this commitment is upheld.

  8. Confidentiality
    Home Laze understands the importance of privacy and confidentiality when it comes to our guests’ personal information. That’s why we take every precaution to ensure that all guest information is kept secure and confidential at all times.

    We believe that hotel guests have the right to privacy and that their personal information should only be used for the purpose for which it was collected. Whether it’s contact details or medical information, we ensure that all guest information is handled with the utmost care and discretion.

    Furthermore, any mutual agreements between Home Laze and our hotel clients are also treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We understand that our clients value their privacy, and we make every effort to ensure that any agreements or arrangements made between us are kept confidential and secure.

Hotel Booking Workflow

  1. Guests contact the front desk for bookings.
  2. Front Desk calls or SMS Home Laze service number at 09664022517 with the following information:
    • Hotel Name
    • Guests Name
    • Booking Date/Time
    • Room No.
    • Massage Type
    • Additional Note
  3. Home Laze Massage therapists or Nail Care technicians will check in with the hotel’s front desk and meet the hotel guests in their rooms to provide the booked services.
  4. Once the therapists have completed their services, they will gather the payouts and proceed to provide the commission to the hotels in either cash or via Gcash. The mode of payment will be mutually agreed upon beforehand to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transaction.

Acceptance

Please read the Memorandum of Agreement. And to begin the process of onboarding, kindly fill out the form below only if you, as the hotel owner or representative, agree to our process and policy. Once we receive your form, our representative will reach out to you to proceed with the necessary steps. We value your time and aim to make the process as seamless as possible for you.
